
Challenge
Itaú is one of the largest banks in the Americas. The Personnalité segment needed to grow and change in order to find a new internal meaning for the financial success of its clients.
We participated in this project at the invitation of the bank's internal team to organize the design system. Here, our role was to create detailed identity ideas; present message proposals and make process adjustments.

A brand that fits with the company culture
We configured the brand expressions by aligning them with the storytelling defined from a single element: the horizon line. We transformed a dividing element into an element of exploration and ambition to reach new audiences and customers more aligned with the brand's new future.
